What is your signature dish or meal?

6200 km Away From Home
That's pretty much what we called "scrapple" back home potatoes mixed with peppers, onions, meat, seasoning and sometimes topped with cheese, throw some eggs on top, haven't had that in years used to love it.
When I owned/operated my bakery/cafe I had a dish on the breakfast menu called Scrapple. It was made up of potatoes, sausage, bacon, ham, onions, some spices and herbs, and then topped with two eggs of your choice..... SS Up, O.E., Scrambled... whatever. It sold well and was certainly a tummy stuffer.
