Ok here it is my easy crab and pasta
What you need
minimum 2-3 cans whole plum tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon blk pepper
1/2 teaspoon chillie flakes
good handful Italian flat leaf parsley chopped
1-2 fresh crab
3 cloves garlic
1 glass white wine
Pasta your choice but linguini is good choice here

place two large pots on stove one 3/4 full of
water , add a tablespoon salt and a few drizzles of olive oil and let boil for your pasta
but do not cook pasta yet.
in the other pot add 3 tablespoons olive oil
garlic flattened and chopped , 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper and chilie flakes
parsely and wine , once it starts simmer add crab live and put lid on
Till they are cooked, use low heat during sauce cooking process.
Remove cooked crabs and remove legs , clean any unedible stuff and place back in pot
now add two to three cans tomatoes & crush all the tomatoes by hand stir it gently and let simmer for
20 minutes, once 20 minutes has passed start cooking your
pasta till firm but cooked .
• add a tablespoon Parmesan cheese to sauce now and
your done•
get a large serving bowl pour half the sauce in , add pasta well

Stained, and rest of sauce.
Cheers Reno
