Havent made it yet myself but have had some from a couple different friends and it was awesome. Sounds pretty simple to me from what I've heard; pack it in salt for given amount of time, then smoke at a low temp. Cant recall the exact times and temps but I think that's as tricky as it gets. The stuff I tried was rainbow trout and coho, both delicious! If I ever catch another fish I'm going to try it too...
