:) Here's a little mixture I came up with last week it was surprisingly very tasty.
Thought I'd pass on my experiment .
I decided the other day to make some kabobs on the BBQ , with some off the
venison I had harvested few days before.
Kabob is a kabob as far as what veg you want to use. The thing for me is
to create something interesting with the venison.
So in a freezer bag large I added chunks of venison twice the size of normal stewing beef you see cut up at the grocery store, the I added to this 1 half cup of hot sauce , 4 cloves garlic minced fine, 3 tablespoons Greek spice,
and 1 1/2 cup of Grand Marnier , then add the juice and zest of a med size orange and the juice and zest of a lemon or lime . After removing the air from the bag , make sure you work the mixture into the meat and let sit 24 hours , prepare your kabobs with veg and enjoy !
